I can agree with what your saying, I think the fact is that people want to get the ilvl 110 or whatever, and the gear that any person gets in not equal to what the novues is at.
( yes I do know there are spelling errors) All I am wanting to see is just a little better % than where it is at. Mainly, a 10 or 20% chance. Still it will make you work as a gamer, but it gives increased odds.
