you can only die from a fall if you are in combat so don't worry (unless in combat then scream and yell as you fall to your death)

after a maintenance it's 24 hours (it seems to reset them) but after you kill them yea it's been 48 hours (at least as far as i know of they have)

like after maint the S will start spawning on saturday (or at least that's when my LS predicts it)
