I remember the first time running through that place. If you don't know people are going to skip half the dungeon it gets very confusing. Those places aren't self-explanatory, so they should have at least communicated a little to allow him to keep up.So he just wasn't paying attention to where people were going? It's not hard to watch 7 other people and go where they go. It's one thing to not explain a boss fight to a new person, but when that person can't even get to the boss because the group wasn't holding his hand telling him, "Ok we are running, so run with us," there is no one to blame but the one that wasn't paying attention.
