I really hope SE will take advantage of the biggest "cheat" we see around these days.

It would be really fun to implement in-game a radar thats gives you indications of where and/or when a NM is going to pop. There is no point in letting so many people in illegality or taking advantage of the simple fact that they have 150 connected people in their FC.

• Having an in-game radar indicating you where a NM is going to pop in the zone

• having a public list of the Time of Deaths of NMs in the zone, given by the Hunt Expert

• making the NMs only popable by trading a special item at a ??? 3 times a week for individuals for rank B, 3 times a week as a party for ranks A, 3 times a week as a FC for rank S

There are many ideas out there to mmake the Hunt more FAIR and better implemented into the game and FF lore. I hope SE will do something quick.

It is my understanding is Hunt NM pop times are already well documented, just not exact map locations. The issue is entire servers are trying to do NM's designed for full party participation and killing them too quickly. Oh, that and also treating their fellow players like scum.

Know in advance where the mob is, clearly is not "hunting". App radars must be detected and all players using them, banned for good.

So basically you are saying S class for FC's only? FC's already have problems in themselves when for example garden plot size is determined by your house size. Ok that is a poor example lol and another can of worms.

You guys are been dumb. People know in advance cause they take NOTES and spawn places is already know for some mobs that they always spawn in same places.

Imagin a people of 8 with notes taken for the past 3hours, they will know were all B's and A's times spawn soo all 8 in 1 map they will easy find the mob.

People using radar as an excuse for they lack of hunting skills. You dont know how many paper i have used to take notes on all mobs/coordinates/times and 5min before they spawn we already hunting and find them first or close cause other people take notes and know how to hunt.

Stop saying "radar app" that is a lie. They already said the radar only "search" by ur view field and i think its around 100m THAT IS NOT ALL MAP its impossible to make all map.

The guys who got banned was guy using teleport hacks to search all map quick, or even obvious kids saying "im radar apping i can see all mobs" lol

Again, want to be a hunt pro? Gather a party and have notes!!!

EDIT: If you guys lazy to take notes on papers, you can have a spreadsheet. Or anyone know how to mess with Excel maybe know about this things.

One of the better hunting LS on our server has a spreadsheet where people edit the time of death, so we can predict when it can spawn. Knowing which ones already spawned and knowing which ones are close to spawning makes it lots and lots easier to hunt.

As far as I know all radar app does is showing the mobs in your field of view on a small app. So the only advantage you have is that you can see a mob behind a rock, which you might have missed in the first place.

Are you using it yourself? I find those that defend something others see as cheating, tend to be using what they are defending themselves. Just like those that will cheat also exploit to their advantage. Why so angry? If they can make an app to show mobs with in a certain range then they can probably do better than that.

You can not take notes of all the spawn times in the entire game. The biggest your FC is, the more you are advantaged. This is contradictory with FFXIV casual player spirit as wanted by SE. Even if you gather a complete team you can scan maybe 3 or 4 zones. There is an unfair advantage here i want SE to correct.

This tool should be built in-game. There is no reason why you should rely on external tool to do anything in-game.

radar app is only useless unless u move all around the map, JUST LIKE everyone else
finding it FIRST doesn't mean finding it alone or fighting alone, you will still have an army next to you fighting

it's not really a problem, FCs and Hunt LSs have time of deaths WELL documented and researched since patch day, so the whole FC would run in a map in the suspected 'window' thats why they are finding it first, cause they use team work while others search randomly+solo

It is a problem.

Unless it spawns directly on top of you, someone in the zone will be able to see it (through walls and obstacles mind you...) since monsters spawn from miles away, just the actual names dont show up for regular honest players unless they're pretty close. So even if it doesnt comprise the entire map, you still see about 400% further (and through obstacles) than anyone scouting the legitimate way. Not to mention not having to worry about looking for the name amonst all the other monsters.

Cheaters of any kind need to be banned, not even temp banned, perma-banned. And after that we can start working on cleaning up Endgame and the jerks that hang around there.
