    I110 PVP Should have 5 Stats

    Like the Allied Seals, it should have bonus for having the Complete seat, along with Tears to the set. Since it going to be 7-20k for wolf's marks
    , and the next set of gear Should be different to PVE gear stat rewards.

    The I110 gear, Should pulsate; the more abilities used. After 20 mins of constant fighting, Rage glow active, Increase Skill Speed, Damage increase, and Health Drains. Muhahaha.
