Returning player looking for a new server

Hay guys, I'm returning back to ARR after a 4 month hiatus. I'm oceanic so I'm looking to start new on a Japanese server. I was wondering which ones still have a high english speaking population? My main is on Tonberry but it's closed it's character creation and I'd like to start a whole new character.

I prefer to stay on Japanese servers, latency is much better for me there then NA servers.

Well, if you want to stay on the JP server group, you're more than welcome to join the small yet close-knit FC I co own with my partner on Ridill - I'm an Oceanic player too (Australia) so I know your pain with bandwidth issues on the NA servers. The only problem sadly is Ridill's English-speaking population has been in decline lately, but even so we still have a very close community here. But it's up to you.

From what I understand Masamune is more than 50% English speaking, but its a Legacy server and frequently closed for character creation.
