    War BIS Going into T9?

Going into T9 and up until now I can definitely see DPS acc and stacking away from Parry on my Warrior as an option but is this stll viable for T9? Or is that extra Vit very important for this fight? Any suggestions on a BIS list Pre T9? Also I will mention I am using the Conquerer as Grinding out that novus just seems crazy!

are you MT or OT? if MT I recommend going all VIT till you got your first clear then you can swap in STR stuff after. OT you can go DPS acc as you wont be tanking much. (you can survive Green golem[my group have OT take green golem]/Ghost with you def CD.)

VIT is more important then parry but keep them both in mind. I use wolfram head with 21 parry over using Weathered noct.

Are you solo tanking him? If you are OTing on WAR you will want to stack STR. OT only really needs to deal with the ghost but should have CDs ready for him.

The fight is extremely predictable but throws a lot at you so there is a decent learning curve.

What if MT dies and I need to pick up Boss? DPS acc good enough to fill in until his sickness falls off? Or is it a wipe? Also is the added DPS a huge factor in this fight?

There isn't much you can change about left side.

    MT: VIT accs
    OT: Several options depending on how confident you are in healers and how comfortable you are with your few moments of tanking;

-Full STR right side: best damage obviously, but on rare occasions green golem / ghost will hurt (recommend having someone Virus it anyways), and Ravensbeak/Claw become hard to survive
-i70 VIT+STR melds: good balance for lowest price
-i90 VIT+STR melds: great balance, but expensive

If MT dies you just need to our defiance up, use your CDs wisely and you mages need to hold their DPS and keep you up. Most of the time though it's a wipe.

DPS is very important and the more DPS you have the easier the fight is.

Less beaks and meteors in phase one. Can kill green first in phase two. One ghost in phase three and two DBs in phase 4.

DPS is the key to t9 which is why smart healers that toss nukes help so much.

As long as you have 8k plus HP in defiance, you should be fine until your MT is back up and ready to take Nael back.

Most of the time it wipes is because the OT is not used to MT'ing Nael and derped on the CD and thus a wipe. Usually if the MT dies, it is in Phase 4 and usually it is due to Bahamut's Claw - the only thing that really hits like a truck during that phase. Presumably the phase that is easiest to heal and also, solo heal. Just keep your balls up during Bahamut's Claw and you should be fine.

If you are forced to tank in T9 as a OT other than this situation... ask your MT/healers to wake up

Agree with these guys. I always go STR accessories in T9 as OT. Everytime you are supposed to tank as OT you'll have all your CDs readily available. Only thing that hits 'hard' is the Ghosts, and again you have at least one with Vengeance (they should hit 50% and not attack before that wears), and all your other CDs for the second. Picking up Nael while MT recovers isn't a big deal if you CD at correct times for the big hits. Healers should get real used to SS/Adlo on these hits as well, like was practiced in T5 pre nerf.
