Looking for FC static members.

I'd like to start a EST time based static running ex primals and coil, Mon. - Thurs. Start times 7pm-10/11pm est.

I'd like to be specific about what I would like to have in this static.

1. I'd like to minimize the AFK's if at all possible. I only have a couple hours a night to play and would like to utilize my time as much as possible. That's not to say there aren't emergencies. I have many myself as I watch over my mom and dad, they are both sick and often at times they need me. But I'd rather not have constant AFK's. We can set like a break time at 8:30 or 9 or something to get the AFK's out of the way. This has been an issue for me in the past, where people would afk after every hour for a half hour. It just eats up a lot of play time, and like I said I have limited time to play.

2. Let the static know if you can't make it or will be late. If you can't make it, we can have a rep for you that night. That's not to say if you miss a clear or a win that you need that we won't go back and help you catch up.

Side bar: I would like everyone in the static to be ok with catching up a static member to where we are at a certain point, before we progress further. Please be ok with this before joining this static. It's just a hassle not to catch up a member, I know what it feels like to be left out because nobody wants to go back and catch you up. Catching up members should be a priority so we can all progress further together. And it shouldnt take that long either if we've already cleared before.

In any case, if you can't make it let us know and you will be repped for the night, or the portion of the night (if possible) that you cant make it fore. Same thing if you are late, let us know.

3. Everyone will get what they want need in order. If you want to be a part of the static, just list the jobs in order of what gear/item you want for it.

Ex.

1. PLD
2. NIN
3. Musketeer if it ever comes out
4. WHM or TBD if a new heal class comes out with expansion.
5. New Tank job if it's there. To be determined when the first expansion comes out

That's my actual list of gear I want to collect in that order. We will work on satisfying the gear for the Job in order that it is on your list. So I, in addition to the other tank, will lot only on tank gear until my list is satisfied and if there is a healer piece that nobody wants that is #1 on their list, we will move to number 2, and anyone that has healer for there number 2 can lot on that piece and so on. I believe this is the fairest way for distribution of gear. And if you don't happen to get it the first time around, don't worry we will get everyone everything they want.

If I'm a pld and I've already one a piece of tank gear for the night, I will not be able to lot again until the second tank get's a piece of gear that night. This is applicable for that night only, the next night the loot order resets to the list mentioned above, and both tanks will be able to free lot on the first piece of tank gear that drops. Again if more than one piece of tank gear drops, first will go to first lot winner, second will auto go to second tank. third the lot process starts over and so on.

4. Most important of all, no raging. Have fun. Everyone learns at their own pace. If after quite a few tries there is no progression, things will have to be rearranged so we can progress.

I'm 100% happy to help new players if they want to join the static. I will help them get to the point they need to be to do EG stuff, and I hope the people that join the static will be too. Looking to make some good friends to progress through this game without Drama or BS.

So if you would like to join the static drop a line here, It will be easy to keep track of jobs and such. I'd like a variety of jobs and would like people to list it as their main.
