I really hope they can separate Buff from Debuff one day

Problem is now it shows unnecessary debuff effect like DoTs and debuffs
inflicted by other players out of your party which do not effect to your action.

Following are the things I would like SE to make the change,
1. Lower priority of FC buff to the last
2. Don't show other members DoTs
3. Don't show non-party debuff
4. Show debuff infliced by party members
5. Move buff/debuff timer to above or below icon to easily recognize what is buff/debuff

You can make it so only your debuffs show on the target bar, it's under character Configuration, target if I recall correctly. It only shows yours and doesn't load anyone elses. You just have to dig a little bit for it.
