Adding separate buff and debuff bars on PC and PS4 but not PS3 does not constitute false advertising. The game is playable on all three systems for all content that was introduced at launch and implementing new features on PC/PS4 won't change that fact. Console versions already have separate UI and lowered graphic resolution/framerate.
