not necessarily a dungeon, but after garuda SM and the cutscene after it i got interested in the story. Before that point i just skimmed the text and it was pretty boring

Wanderers Palace for so long we had to grind there and now I don't go there at all. It's always a joy seeing it pop up in daily's and I miss that dungeon they should add another story to it like they did with the sch.
Until 2.3, Pharos Sirius was my favourite. Even better before it has been changed. It was a bit harder than any other dungeons, the bosses were fun especially Siren and I love the music there.
Now it would be Tam-tara HM. To see Edda again (who was already crazy when you met her the last time...), a character you met on your first dungeon, the "dark" atmosphere of the dungeon reminding you that not everything is rainbow and unicorns in Eorzea and evil doesn't necessarily comes from big monsters or powerful beings. I really hope to see her again![]()
The Lost City of Amdapor for me as well, also like the new tam-whatever hard mode, like the idea of some creepy dark dungeon once in a while, what's missing in most mmorpg is a good undead faction or story presentation
Hmmm Bray NM, Quarn, Amdapor City(thin this one is still top of the list for me) and Tam tara HM.
All of them are fun and enjoyable experiences.
I used to love temple of Qarn mainly because so many people would die on first boss.
I like Tam tara hm mainly because is the first 4 man dungeon which has something going for it story wise. The others feel like levels on an arcade game. Why I'm here, what's this place and who is the last boss? F*** it, clear it and get the reward. I find the lack of story in these dungeons disturbing for a FF game.
As of 2.3 my favorite dungeon would be Stone Vigil HM (Pre-50 is....Stone Vigil Normal..lol)
Reasons: For the HM version, the last boss I like trying as hard as I can to not take any dmg at all in the fightI've managed to take 0 a couple times so far its really fun
Tam-tara HM because CREEPY.
ultima Weapon, for the music.
I'd have to say Original Tam Tara.
Simply because it's THE ONLY DUNGEON that branches out even a little bit and requires (minimal) navigation through it's (almost) labyrinthine structure.
