I did not take the time to teach the DRG, no, though I did politely bring it to their attention that they were not using Disembowel or Phlebotemize (sp). The DRG rotation is too much for me to sit down and teach random people in a duty.

As for the BLM, you guys seem to think it's ok that he, as a dps, was doing less damage than me, the tank. I don't get it. If he job is to do DAMAGE, then he should be doing more than 120 dps in i90+. I was doing 145 dps. This is not min-maxing, it's called learning how to play your job. Any BLM can easily pull at least 200 dps single target. That gives room for several mistakes.

It shouldn't be my job as the tank to carry dead weight party members, but that seems to be the trend you guys are enforcing by the sounds of it.

If the BLM was doing less DPS than you while using a transpose rotation he was doing something completely unrelated wrong, and it had nothing to do with transpose. Also, we're only hearing your side of the story. For all we know you're just a gods awful tank.
