same reason why you can't adjust your height. he's a hairstylist, not a plastic surgeon (even if he's a surgeon he can't do that).

While I don't remember who said it I also remember them saying you could change eye color, & who's to say he can't give us colored contacts! lol

But yeah I agree OP they should add more faces. At least one more for each race/clan (except midlander male and female, if you look they get 5 faces while the rest only get 4 -_-)

Also, those saying you've had to buy a fantasia.... Why not just use the one from your mog mails that you got from 30-day subscription reward? I got mine on each character, although you cant trade them across, you still shouldnt have to stick with the first look you chose.

I'm 10/9 on fantasias bought and used. I'd really like to be able to change my voice as the one I picked sounded pretty in the creator and then when I got in game sounded like a man during every punch I throw as a monk. Really really annoying.
