I dont think you can input a new registration code for more gametime. If you want to buy more gametime, you hsve to go to the mogstation, the link is in the ffxiv official page, in there you can buy gametime via different methods. hope this helps a bit.

man i wish that i can buy one but i dont have a way just the PSN cards is Available at my location

As a slight aside, actually, you 'can' - if you are adding the license to use a new system (eg I paid for my second month of XIV by buying the PC version of the game, and recieved the free month with purchase from that; but it only worked because I was first playing on PS3. I can't at this point buy another copy of the game on PC or PS3 and get the time again)
