Well, I know it's not currently possible to solo the A rank in Eastern La Noscea (Hellsclaw, IIRC) as a level 60 Warrior XD I tried twice, but after a while it just goes into continuous Stun attack mode, making it impossible to get off self-heals or output damage.

With Melt, I don't know. But like kuma_aus said, what's the worst that can happen? =D You don't really lose anything by dying, other than a few % of gear durability.

The necroing post was so far off topic, I don't get it. This thread was about the issues surrounding doing hunts while not in a party when there were tons of people attacking the mark and how it was impossible to get above minimum contribution. This thread was also about S ranks specifically, and Melt is an A rank. So... yeah, off topic necro is off topic?
