Peach Parfait/Khulan Angura on Gilgamesh
LOL at those food effect...Here is the list
We shouldn't have to dig through the dats to find this info. Or play SE's guessing game.
Thank you for the list though.![]()
I think food is low priority atm. There's other way more important stuff that needs to be enhanced or implemented. Like storyline, client stability, dungeons or skill balancing.
Peach Parfait/Khulan Angura on Gilgamesh
Wasn't it already announced Food/Potion Effect going to be changed post patch 1.18? Maybe it will happen in 1.18a/b/c, who knows?
I wont use food until they put the stats on the item description for the food. If/when they do that, though, hidden effects would be a nice touch for those that enjoy alt tabbing to crawl through databases of hundreds of items to read comments in order to find out what bonuses food gives. I'm getting all of this food and I am just vendoring it because I don't know what any of it does, and since the only stats that matter (until 1.19 or 1.20 when they adjust them) are hp and mp it's w/e. >.>
pre patch 1.18 food was a common reward for low level quest, they just weren't worth it. I think they're trying to add more venues for people to find food, if you check rankings sites, the average server has only a handful (less than 10 on some) of rank 50 culinarians. I bet they checked those too, or they have even cooler data.
OOOOOOOOOOOO now that mp cost is high, and running out of mp can be a problem can we have refresh food like in xi? i want roasted mushrooms, and wtf at acorn cookies, you know what i expected to them to be and you know what they aren't SE :/
Some of the stats on the list is wrong, with basic requirement (normal eat which is like -3 of the max effect) i get about +50 HP from Walnut bread, there is also "tasty", "delicious" and "heavenly".
Goodbye, Final Fantasy...
They realized that they were giving out rewards from all the other crafting classes that can be crafted, but not really culinarian's food. Which in my opinion, is the opposite direction of what they should be doing. They should rein in dropping items that can be crafted in general. Especially with this new dropping +3 gear. I know it's not high-level, but what are crafters suppose to aspire to make for some players if they can just get it as a drop?
