Challenge log needs a bit of reworking

They are actually out of whack. The second guildhest one says complete ten UNIQUE guildhests but I have proven they can be the same and not different ones.

I'd like it if the exp reward for chocobo companions was better, but I guess they've set their minds on easier chocobo leveling being exclusive to people with FC houses for the time being.

Explain retainer exploration ventures to me... You need 15 in a week, quick explorations don't count and to send a retainer on 2 takes longer than a day. So, even sending 2 retainers constantly on long explorations, you can't complete this unless you pay for a 3rd. I did it only for extra storage, but making this goal require you to make the extra retainer purchase to complete is really sketchy to me. I agree totally that this needs a fix.

I've done it every week and I don't pay for any extra retainers. You have to turn your ventures in as close to the time they complete as possible. I have to leave the game going all night so I can remember to get the really early ones, and then stay up late to get the late ones. I've thought about buying another retainer to make it easier and to help burn through these ventures since I'm getting them from beastman dailies about as fast as I can spend them since I'm always doing the 18 hour ventures.

But yeah they should definitely change it. I would say 10 field explorations.

I wanted to add maybe a trials version of roulette to challenge log as well, like completing five trials. This will increase incentive for people to queue for this. It's hard to get into leviathan hard mode even as a tank.

why would you ever get into leviathan HM? xD

it drops nothing, once you clear it ( easily) in the main story, it becames pretty much useless...

That's exactly why. People trying to do it for the first time will wait forever.

It would be hard queueing, clearly,but not impossible. and there are other ways to do it, like PF, or asking friends or your FC...

I pull 3 commendations just on my monk several times a day. I would be okay with 7 commendations as a challenge cause that's just crazy.

Tuesday, 6:00 pm: Retainers x2 return from their venture. (2 done) Send them out on the next.
Wednesday, 6:00 pm: Retainers x2 return from their venture. (4 done) Send them out on the next.
Thursday, 6:00 pm: Retainers x2 return from their venture. (6 done) Send them out on the next.
Friday, 6:00 pm: Retainers x2 return from their venture. (8 done) Send them out on the next.
Saturday, Noon: Retainers x2 return from their venture. (10 done) Send them out on the next.
Sunday, 6:00 am: Retainers x2 return rom their venture. (12 done) Send them out on the next.
Monday, Midnight: Retainers x2 return from their venture. (14 done) Send them out on the next.
Monday, 6:00 pm: Retainers x2 return from their venture. (16 done - challenge complete!) Send them out on the next.

Abuse the freer weekend hours to get extra Retainer ventures in, and you can accomplish this achievement. If you HAVE freer weekend hours, which many don't...

Choco stables are a gimic of sorts, once per hour for something like 1/500th of a level. Finishing both challenge log entries gets you 15% of a given level.
