@Sleigh: errors are errors, it is impossible think and adjust all and every error you can do. Less than that, every thing an user can do about something. You can make the error to 'need' an item, and also you can make the error to don't leave the instance then, it makes even the actual system not able to let you recover. Then (see down) when you have three minutes to think about what to press, and still you make errors there, is hopeless.

@Amelia_Pond_Behemoth: the loot is a window that have about 3min of time to think about what to press, making errors there is (imho) quite hopeless by the user and I don't think it needs a 'recover' option.

But I agree people can make need or greed in error, will add to OP the reason about I think error recovery there not needed.
