[Request] Some quality changes

They are little things, but maybe can help our daily playing more
Let discuss them

1. Company Chest log: separate Gil log from Item Log (I'd like keep track of donations without make a tresure hunt in logs );
2. Company Chest log: keep log of last 'x' days instead of the actual last 'x' actions made (right now, if I want be a jerk I will insert 1 item and remove 1 item multiple times, to clear log of what happened before );
3. Loot need/greed window: if all the players with 'need' rights have made their choose and at least one have pressed 'need', there is no need to wait for all other players to choose, and their window will 'pass' automatically (best example: I am the only one who can need, and I will need, so no need (!) to wait more for loot being handled). About errors on pressing button, I think that three minutes are enough time to think carefully about you want to do, and error recovery options are not needed;
4. Remove PLD's Shield Bash from general cooldown. It makes the Stun almost useless, as long as I can't activate it at the times it have a purpose because sharing general cooldown;
