Display Weapons on Walls/Weapon Racks

It's on their "want to do" list according to a live letter awhile ago, like mannequins. They'd have to program a new system/interface for it though. Also, problems with who could display their weapons, what happens if someone else took the display down or wants to change the weapon (where does the displayed weapon go?), what happens to spiritbind... sounds like a headache.

In Private Rooms only. Or a Weapon display board that can be glamoured to display any item that you are currently in possession of.

This would be the best way to do it. Have a mannequin or a weapon rack simply apply glamour to the weapons/armor you want it to display. No worry about other tenants making changes, or losing weapons/armor for demolished houses etc.
