Forcing the Loot Timer Down: Is This Harassment?

Square-Enix , can i please report players that need for glamour only, for harassment?
Back in the days people rolled greed if they didnt really NEEEDED it , but still wanted it.
All this rolling need for glamour is pathetic, people even do it, when others with the same class, have worse armor.

People are rolling Need because 9.9/10 times boss chests will drop Filtered Water, Minium, Cooking Sherry and the Whetstone.
