I've been hoodwinked! I've been had! Scammed, swindled, duped, and deceived!

This one is actually a little tricky. Electrum needles already exist as a GSM tool, having gold be required for this med would be ridiculously expensive, and Gold Needles are a long-running concept in the Final Fantasy Franchise. Maybe it's best to just change the item description to mention how it's not actually gold (instead of purporting it to actually be solid gold), akin to how no rabbits were harmed in the making of a rabbit pie.
