Attunement is godly, utterly godly in Frontlines. Its a free 10 seconds of not taking any damage but the DoTs that were already applied. How is that bad?

Attument is easy to counter as brd/smn hawks eye and u wont miss and can still fk up the healer when they thinking their safe

Wow, I haven't encountered this yet but this sounds awful. Can you even check character names in Frontlines, though, if they're your enemies?

You can easily check the character names of enemies by marking them with macros commands. I do it all the time.

Thanks for the info i'v seen many Players use it like its no one business i'm surprise people haven't got banned or warning its making front lines not playable , i personally love playing pvp . but i really dislike cheaters .

This macro would work. Mark the person with a symbol, let's say the X one aka Cross in macro terms. Target them and then kick this off:

I would never advocate naming and shaming someone who cheats in PVP but it does make me an bit curious if others have done that anonymously elsewhere with adequate proof. It certainly wouldn't make me sad to hear of such a thing existing.

Cheating......I wonder of that is really the case.

Two situations OP described doesn't sound like cheating already. First one, it is called attunement and benediction, one of WHM PvP action. Second one is heavy received whiled mounted isn't as potency as Player casting version and it only last 3s. If you use sprint under that type of heavy, you still have normal waking speed of a character. Not too hard to catch you with shield throw at 15m. It is also very recommended to macro dismount with purify.

There are many players don't even know what attunement is and there are also many healers seems to unaware that attunement is not 100% evasion. Not first time I am seeing healers questions their death after they claim they popped attunement. How do you tell who is cheating when you are lacking knowledge about other job?

If they pop Attunement with really low HP they will die, also if you pop Attunement with LOW HP and possible live chances are you will die once Attunement ends. You can not pop Attunement at the last minute because there is a delay, it is best to pop it when you are about half life. I do agree with what Divinemight has posted it is not cheating.
