Private Room Furnishing List?

I'm sorry if this is a house noob question, but is there a list of what we can or can't put into our personal rooms that someone can point me to? I would love to pimp out my room. Specific questions if no single list exists:
1. Can I put a retainer bell in my room, vendor, junk monger, stylist, etc...?
2. Can we buy a market board for room (haven't seen for house so assume no, and why is that by the way? Seems silly not to allow that)
3. Storage facilities like the inn has for unique items or a company chest? Anything along those lines?

I'd hate to buy something only to find that it's house only and can't be placed into a room. Again, sorry for the noob stuff, just new to the decorating side of things.

Anything in the following categories:

• Interior Wall
• Flooring
• Ceiling Light
• Furnishing
• Tabletop
• Wall-mounted
• Table
• Rug

With the first three needing you to use a separate option in the housing UI (it's something along the lines of Remodel room).

Anything you can use inside the house can be used in the Private rooms, including the NPCs and Summoning bell. There is currently no market boards or Aesthetician bell for houses so none for your room.
