I've seen the golem S rank inside Zahar'ak too..so yeah.

I think the flavor text is like the "JP Atma Theory" where people will try different things to get them to spawn when it's not really needed, but who knows. If people could go a cycle without doing anything but just waiting we would know one way or the other.
