Implement the BCNM/KSNM system from XI. Instanced mob using items said player has collected, I see this as a prime alternative to the insane camping/cheating on the hunt system. Instanced fights like this can be easily completed by active and/or large FC's. The higher the number of 'seals' the greater the difficulty of the mob.

Spawn items can be acquired by completing dungeons, START to FINISH, purchasable via GC seals...jack the price up if need, seeing how easy GC seals are to get. Purchasable by Myth, Soldiery, but they're available to players of all ilk and make.
