Hello. I re-buy the same game of play 4 standard game with CD (final fantasy real born) cause mine was broke. I confirmed the 30 days of subscrition in the play4 and now I can't login with mine same character cause in automatic wants to cancel mine for creating another new one character.
So, I just want to login for 30 days with my character Timih Tiu and if it is possible, get a veteran reward. I don't wanna cancel my character. thku

It seems to me that you shouldn't have to register the new product code if all you needed was a disc replacement. (this is the only thing I can get out of you meaning your game was "broke")

Adding a standard code to an already existing standard code will not give you extra game time.

Maybe you need to explain your situation a little better if possible, in case I'm misunderstanding the issue.
