    SCH Crit question?

Whats the lowest amount (floor) of Crit a SCH should have? Im currently sitting at 503. I want to start upgrading my myth accessories for the soldiery pieces but would be losing crit in the process. Im using the levi ex book currently meanwhile I farm t5 for the allagan book. Once I have all that crit from the t5 book I would feel a little more comfortable upgrading my myth gear.

I know Ramuh's book has crit but pf has been dead cause of the hunt. And everyone in my fc seem to also be wrapped in the hunt madness.

Theres a link so yall can see my gear and stats to provide advice.

    Thx everyone

Your gear is on the right track, do not be so concerned about keeping Crit above some arbitrary threshold. My gear is exactly the same on left (including Levi EX book). Right side, neck can be either HA or Daystar (doesn't really matter, Det vs PIE), other slots "should" be High Allagan but if you have nothing else you want to spend soldiery on, you can buy the Daystar if you want. It was/is sufficient to clear Turn 9.

upgrade your soldiery gear it will have a larger impact due to increasing your base heals than the loss in crit will. Also it is fairly easy to unweather it all and make it i110 while you wait to get coil drops.

Here is my BiS for after coil
    SCH
    Head: Daystar
    Body: Daystar
    Gloves: Daystar
    Waist: Daystar
    Legs: Daystar
    Feet: Daystar
    Necklace: High Allagan
    Earring: High Allagan
    Wrist: High Allagan
    Ring1: Daystar
    Ring2: High Allagan

If your not in coil then the left side would be weathered/unweathered daystar gear since that is the highest ilvl you can get (add the Ramuh ring since it is sexy)

Wasn't aware camping hunts 24/7 for the sands was "fairly easy".

Healing is less about raw output and more about being smart and precasting. Jumping from i100 to i110 on a given slot is not a big increase.

The SCH in my static has managed to unweather every 7 pieces of gear already so yes it is fairly easy. They have no lockout or limit to the amount of seals you can get so yes it is fairly easy to get sands/oils.

But regardless the i100 soldiery gear will be better than the i90 myth/allagan dear ignoring the fact that you have a way to upgrade it to i110.

Gear looks good! Just try to i110-fy some of those accessories little by little - the crit pieces, if possible.

For what it is worth, the Judgment Ring of Healing is BiS, regardless of the fact it is i100. It has 12 DET which is enough to offset the MND-losses compared to the HA Ring, on top of it having Crit (whereas HA has only PIE+SPSP, both of which irrelevant). So ideally you'll have a Daystar + Judgement Ring combo. I haven't seen the ring drop yet :[

Are we really at the point where 4 DET = 1 MND?

No, but the MND difference between the rings is 2. Ie. 6 DET = 1 MND -rate being enough to offset the difference, as the Ramuh-ring has 12 DET.

Oh, for some reason I remembered the i100s as having 15 mind instead of 16.

The hellwolf ring of healing might even be worthy of consideration as a stop gap. I know its a pvp piece and pvp pieces are rubbish, but it does have 17 crit and the same mnd as the judgement ring. Doesn't have the det but it still might be worth considering while waiting for drops.
On the whole there are some interesting choices that could be made if someone wanted to make a pure crit build. I'm far from a sch expert and play it only in pvp where crit means a lot but I'd like to see some experimentation with how much crit actually matters. If it's that important then even accessories from non healing jobs could be used for the crit as most say "all classes".
