I think it could be enhanced by adding an effect that makes spells to "AOE" version
So in the 15sec, the whm can aoe stoneskin that everyone asking to have,
ofcoz, aoe aero, aoe repose, aoe esuna, aoe raise and aoe regen all are not improtant but I want aoe benediction. ^^

Apparently you don't know how things work in MMOs....anything you can legitimately use to your advantage....WHY NOT DO IT? Sure it's not the best buff/cooldown in the world, but it's sure as hell something and damn sure a far cry from "utterly worthless". Even if you were to just keep it on cooldown during active periods of casting, you're still getting a benefit of having it. Getting off a cast faster to move faster is justification enough to keep it on my bar. Like I said, it's not the best, but it is also not useless. Just because you don't see value in it doesn't mean it's worthless. Sure it could use a slight buff, nothing crazy, but right now it's a hell of a lot better than it was previously. It shaves off maybe a third of a second at best on your nukes. You would need to cast 8 nukes to make it worthwhile. Seven times 0.3 is 2.1, just enough to cast a Stone 2 with PoM active and the eighth cast gives you the 'bonus' nuke. Each one has a casting time of at least 2 seconds, so you'd need at least 16 seconds.
PoM lasts 15 seconds. No, PoM is still utterly worthless.

the downside of using it just for using it is that it throws off rythmn, when farming titan ex back in 2.1/2.2 or whatever it was the healers knew when buster was coming and precasted by at least 1 second, just an example but healers do that 100x in a fight if they know the patterns and you get a feel for when you need to cast, PoM just disrupts your flow so it really is only for when you know steady fast high damage is coming and cure2>cure2 being a lil bit faster makes you sweat a bit less, i can't even think of 3 instances where that happens

Yes, it shaves milliseconds off the cast time of Cure. Three hundred forty milliseconds. I'm not trying to stack spell speed on my end - I prefer det, personally. It literally shaves milliseconds off the casting time for cure. You get maybe 1 extra cure out of the whole duration, 2 maybe with the 'enhancement'. The simple fact is that at higher ranks, there's a significant diminishing return on spell speed, so much so that the effect of POM is so tiny that it makes very little difference overall.
Powerful? We have very different definitions of the term.
As for why I don't tend to use it? Simply put, it has a casting 'time' of its own. Sure it's classed as 'instant' but as anyone who's used Benediction knows, instant is anything but. If I need beefier cures, there's Divine Seal which has the same 'cast time' but guarantees my cures actually work harder for me. A far better payoff than PoM and on a shorter cooldown to boot.
For Holy, maybe it has some small utility. But it's a damned expensive spell, and it's easy to deplete your entire MP bar if you decide to spam it. A holy spamming white mage isn't doing her job of healing the party either, so it's very select in its usefulness.
Still, my Cure 1 time without PoM is: 1.92 With it: 1.58 Stone 2 w/o: 2.4. With: 1.97. Holy: 2.88 to 2.37. Also note that since the recast time is 2.4 seconds
PoM allows me to put seven Stone 2/Aero 2s into a 15 second period instead of six. It lets me fit in nine Cures instead of seven in a 15 second period. That's damage or healing that otherwise would not be there (though it does come with attendant mp costs). Whether you NEED the healing or not is certainly a good reason to not use the skill, but saying it's not as good as Divine Seal therefore you want something else on your cast bar is overreacting. I'd also point out that PoM does increase your cast speed on stoneskins, esunas (lol), slowcast raises (lol), protects, whatever. Probably not the most important thing in the world, but hey, why not, right?
Good King Moogle Mog, Good King Mog! Lord of all the land (kupo)!

I love PoM, I'm not really geared for spell speed and having my GCD drop from 2.42 secs to 2.02 secs is pretty sweet for healing intensive sections of dungeons/primals.

When healer noobs don't know how to raise without their precious swiftcast. PoM hard raise works wonders when u need to mass rez ppl.
Put stoneskin on self
Pop PoM
Hard raise like 2/3 ppl
Use shroud after
I saved a mog ex wipe from doing tht as a bunch of goofs got hit with delta etc.
Alsoooooooo
You can PoM stoneskin the party at start.
The CD is low, the casts are faster and by the time you'll really need it is when it'll be off CD and ready. So i cringe when i see other whms not using PoM mass stoneskinning at start.
It's only here to benefit you so ffs find ways to use it cuz if you aren't then you obviously have a lot to learn about the usefulness of PoM.
No one wants to wait a long time after every wipe for stoneskins so y not do them a favour and use PoM.

Presence of mind - cast next 3 spells with -50% cast time. Push the wrong buttons and you wasted it.

This is an amazing ability, I use it all the time when I am in ow shit moments. This and divine seal together form an unbreakable bond of unstoppable power!

I really just don't get why we have it. What is it really for and why should white mage have it?
I say remove it and give us a more iconic white mage spell like Dispel or Reflect.

They need to have spells lined up for when the level cap is raised. There are still a ton of old 1.0 spells we have to get back first though.
