I use it all the time now. It's nice when I have to Rez and swiftcast is down. I use it when there's a lot of extra damage going out as well.

I really love the new Presence of Mind. I use it all the time now! Wanna try something fun? Next time you're with a tank that's doing big pulls Cast Divine Seal + Regen on him then do Cleric Stance + Presence of Mind + Holy (SPAM DAT HOLY!!) If you have a Bard to do Foe Requiem even better. ^_^
PoM isn't swiftcast and shouldn't be. Let swiftcast be swiftcast.
PoM is much better now, but I'll admit I would have liked to see a shorter cd and that for healing purposes, finding / anticipating when the 15 second duration will be most useful, is substantially more difficult than the 10 sec duration.
People thought this skill was useless? Please get back to your casual-cave and practice using Stone I.
PoM was an essential skill for certain compositions in 2.1 when it was on a long ass cooldown!
Turn 4 specifically.
I remember having to cycle Divine Seal, PoM, Benediction and Cure II after that praying my tank could survive 2 dreads until DPS got their act together.
It's also an incredible DPS/Raising tool.
I used to use it in Brayflox SR's on the second boss Aero II, Aero, PoM, Stone II.

I use it whenever my swiftcast is down or I am doing my almighty holy spam. It is great skill to use now. I upgraded it from my second crossbar to my first.

I begin to question your healing methods if you think that using PoM with another spell will not benefit you in anyway. Your example is PoM + Cure 2, so you're only casting Cure 2 once? You've never been in a situation where the tank is taking constant damage from something, and getting out heals faster would benefit you in anyway? You either aren't Raiding the 2nd Coil of Bahamut, or your healing partner is picking up more of the slack.
While I wouldn't mind a longer duration, I feel this skill is far better then it was, especially during longer fights. You can actually use it twice (or more) during a fight, instead of trying to save it for those really bad moments. If this skill all of a sudden made all your spells instant cast, that would be completely overpowered. There'd basically be no stopping a WHM for that entire 15 second duration unless stunned or silenced. While it would be awesome, it would also unbalance many things.
I agree that the PoM buff with 2.3 is perfect the way it is and doesn't need to be changed further (pending future changes of course). On the other hand, SoS's fixed MP recovery will need to be addressed in the future. MP cost per skill will continue to rise as future patches raise the level cap, and at some point down the line SoS will need to scale like Aetherflow in order to be effective (as it stands now, it just won't cut it once a single Cure costs 600 MP and all the other spells are over 1000 each).
I've always used PoM. It's always been one of my favorite skills.
I use it for SSing everyone because the process is painfully long. When you pop into Cleric to help DPS with Stone II, having PoM can really help pump out a lot of DPS without risking spending too much time not healing. In dungeons with large pulls, the CDs on everything is faster, the actual cast time is faster. That means pumping out more heals in less time. I can pretty much get 2 Cure I's in the time it'd take me to do a Cure II, which is more healing and less MP cost and the chance at a Freecure. This makes less pulls less risky on the tank if DPS is slow and easier on my MP pool.
With the buff, it's easier to rotate between using PoM and Divine. Though I wish they shared the same CD, as sometimes both will be on CD and that's when you have to pump out Cure II's (which I like to avoid). But I am definitely pleased with this buff and I'm really glad I get to use one of my favorite skills more often.
As many have mentioned, it's pretty handy as a DPS cooldown for 4 man content now.
