Yes i know this but my plan take replace cast -> recast, so if you now have Rise 8 second cast will be 8 second recast after Presence of Mind. Of cores in 10 second you can rise 2 people in this situation but you make your CD on any skill for 16 second, so in this case is spell better use Swift Cast. For PvP we can have additional balance like many others skill. My idea is give WHM little more mobility - now only spells on Swift Cast and Regen can be use when he move.
