Make the "goblet" more attractive.

I have plot 29, I face a wall, have a big wall to the left and a barren canyon wall to the right, there's a really nice view of the valley but its obstructed by the friggin' house so the only to enjoy it is if you get on the roof.

No wonder the plot was so cheap. At least it looks nice on the inside...

I personally wish my FC had gone with the Goblet instead of Lavender Beds....or atleast Mist- Lavender Beds is just kinda boring compared to the other two :I

The first time I went in to check out the Goblet it was night-time. All I saw was that awesome Thanalan night sky over the houses and from then it's been my favorite.

Also doesn't hurt that IRL, I lived in the red rock area for a long time. Feels like my college years all over again.

Although I prefer Lavender Beds, I do think that the Goblet is pretty. I like it better than Myst. The reason it is under populated on some servers is probably because Immortal Flames is overall the least popular GC. Saragatanas is a legacy server, and Ul'dah was the 1.0 hub so I imagine many players would like to be based somewhere else.

In my FC a lot of the legacy players stayed with the Immortal Flames because of 1.0. That's also why we ended up in Goblet. My first choice was Mist and second was Lavender Beds, but I got outvoted. I still intend to have my personal house in Limsa.

I'm honestly not sure why a persons or Free Company's GC would determine where they have their house....

In my LS, we had an open poll for the 3 wards. We asked everyone to inform themselves before making their decision as much as they could.

At the start, it was Mist and Lavander that had all the votes. Until we got pictures of how the actual houses looked. Not a day had passed and nearly everyone had changed their vote to Goblet. I was one of the few that was stubborn on the beach house, but majority rule yada yada.

Once we got the house.. I couldn't have been happier my FCmates made us go to the goblet. We ended up on a faraway corner, with a beautiful view of the canyons, waterfalls, etc. It had its own viewing area with benches and everything. The overall atmosphere of the place is super cozy as well.

I love The Goblet.

The sweeping canyon vistas, the oasis like pools in the centre of the town, and the large windmill. I wouldn't want it changed, personally.

I myself really like the goblet, think it fits into Uldahs theme really nicely.
