Aussie player contemplating move to Tonberry - some questions

So I've been playing on Diabolos since the game launched, and was fine until I'm getting into the post main scenario content.

I'm in a great Free Company, really helpful, social, and active, but I'm simply finding that they're never on in the (Australian) evenings.

So how is Tonberry in terms of percentage of English/Japanese speakers? Does it make duties through the Duty Finder more difficult than on the NA servers?

And also, any Australian FCs willing to have me? Currently have a level 50 Monk that I'm mid-outfitting with myth gear while working my way through the post main scenario plot, dungeons and primals. Also leveling Marauder as I go. I'd really like a social, active FC that is serious but not adamantly hardcore exclusive. I really enjoy the game but my hours to play it are somewhat limited.

The Panda's (my fc) will have you and Tonberry is the server to be on. You won't find anyone who transferred and regrets it.

I am also in the pandas (xil's FC) and I can confirm that it is active on all aussie evenings as i am an aussie that plays in the evening
