Band-Aid fix on hunts didn't work

Doubt it; had that been implemented it would have been in the notes for sure.

That's what I figure too, but I'm at work and only hear from others...
Could be misinformation someone is trying to spread to get people to give up.

Which part of FULL party you didn't understand? The reward is for ** 8 ** players, not 30.

So, when you have ONE large pizza pie, do you only share it with 4-6 other friends, if that many, or you share it with 29 other friends? Solution? Don't /sh next time on a rank A.

No I didn't join a party. It was early in the morning and wanted to get a quick hunt or two before work. I shouldn't have to be in a party to get decent rewards. Wrong!

It's aimed towards groups. Pure and simple. True you can solo a B (apparently B takes a while now solo), but the point is it's group content. Whether you approve of that or not.

Group, is very different then party. You can have group of 8 players killing a rank A, and no one is in a party.

People are getting confused about content and whiny about stuff they lack understanding of.

Seriously, do you must be iL 110 to kill a lvl 20 mob? So, why are people waiting for multi-parties to show up to kill a 8-player mark?

Wait what, so now not only do we have to get to the mark in time and contribute enough but also be part of a party of 8 to get more than 2 seals? i see people shouting for invites, but everyone is so frantic to kill it, casual players dont get invited to party

I know on my server, there's generally 1-4 hunt parties in PF with at least a couple of slots open at any given time.

If all else fails, try making your own. People will join. :3

It's fine as is. Rank A isn't meant for an alliance, lol. It's meant for a full party now. Though I'm sure a light party can take it on.

Keep in mind. "HP intended for light party" doesn't mean "a light party can zerg it down in milliseconds". For comparison, shortly before maintenance hit I and a black mage found the B-rank mark Stinging Sophie in the East Shroud while doing a last sweep in our hunting party. (Recall the patch notes describing B-rank as "solo level".) With myself as an i96 paladin tanking it and the BLM going all-out to burn it down, it took about 3-4 minutes to take it out together. So what these notes -actually- mean is "B-rank elite marks' HP is now such that a light party can defeat it in a few minutes." Likewise for A.

P.S. Just in general if you're in a party it's very helpful for you to have a tank in tanking stance use several enmity moves on a mark at the start of a fight. Enmity seems to carry a great number of contribution points.
