The only thought I've had somewhat along these lines is that it would be nice to have a "bad beat" jackpot for crafts that NQ when > 90% or something. It wouldn't have to be anything crazy, maybe just applying to master crafts even. All failed HQ crafts when > 90% put the crystals/clusters used in the craft into a pool. The next HQ fail at 98% on the server gets the lot.
