That's like telling battle classes to stay out of Mor Dhona... Please tell me this is a joke thread.

That's like telling battle classes to stay out of Mor Dhona... Please tell me this is a joke thread.

I, for one, am appalled at how the various crafters can ruin their posture like that. As a White Mage, I've had it up to here with wasting my cures on sore backs that could be alleviated by something as simple as a standing desk.
Walk through them. It's not a big deal. There are so many market boards and bells that you can find another if it's such a big deal.

I don't like how their sound effects and the sounds of people converting 20 things to materia all at once are for some reason 10 times louder than all other sounds, and all happening perpetually at every summoning bell and market board.
I think there's a volume option for "Other's sound effects" but I'd prefer not to have to mute all people everywhere just to be rid of the constant thunderous clanging and swooshing noises.

You can just use the Confirm keybind (default: Num 0). It's quite useful for a lot of things: teleporting to the first location in the list, gathering, opening chests, obtaining quests, etc. Just make sure you don't already have something else targeted already.
I have ambient sound turned down (but not off) and I find that it's much nicer that way. Hahaha-hahahaha-HOI!
I know this is a joke thread but I'm surprised with all the people crafting in a crowded town when their FC has a house, which should be conveniently located near a bell and a market board in the housing area.
I only craft outside if it's just one or two items, mainly for GC turn in.
Like what they do with Mor Dhona, constantly restructuring, they could make summoning bells to have 'invisible walls about 1yalms' around them: I mean, they know how to make invisible walls don't they?
They could also make alleys specifically for crafters (you cannot get in that space if you are not on a DoH) with Marketboards and summoning bells nearby. (Old Ragnarok Online game, people got on edges of the streets as vendors. Was a fun shopping experience. Now if they could copy that since it's a lot of what they do..)
After that's been said: who will take care of the annoying skill spamming from bored people or attention-seekers? you?
If they have a plan to introduce Monsters invading towns, it's needed, else: block skills from DoM and DoW.
Until that is done, that's how the game is setup.
Case resolved, next thread please.
Courtesy works both ways. You can Shift+F the summoning bell, and then move a bit away; you won't have to be trying to see the bell, just be close enough and using that Focus Target instead. You are welcome.
LOL. How are crafters in your way? There are no collision effects from other players in this game.

I think you wanna be like us, but don't have the guts to plop down and tell people to walk around! Psh, always polite, crafting on corners or at your house where you're not in the way? Come now, join the dark side of crafting, one of us one of us one of us one of us one of us one of us...
We got cookies... because the Culinarians can make them~!
If ya really want to complain about something what about those rude adventurers, always riding their mounts into the buildings! You try to go in for a drink after a long hard day and bam, chocobo feathers, horse hair, scales... dung... all over the place. I heard one of the workers complaining about how they have to wash down the floor several times a day...
what ya think every building you see is a bloody barn? :P
PS: This thread made me smile, heehee
