Changing Estates and Personal Rooms

If a FC wishes to change it's current house location to a different one (size upgrade or whatnot), are the personal rooms lost or transferred to the new house?

i think It would be lost because under current procedure, first of all the chamber owner need to remove the chamber by himself, so he has to pay another 300k for new chamber.

empty the chamber> remove all chambers> empty the house (include the garden) > remove the house > forfeit the port of land > purchase new land > puchase new house > purchase new chambers
