    I also had this problem and posted two threads about it. I have tried in game support for three days to no avail, as well as making two posts, but one of the threads got locked before the GM could do anything about it. Very disappointed in the in game support. If there's this type of bug which is causing a very negative user experience, I should not have to try to get help for days while they copy paste me standard responses about how they cannot help. ESPECIALLY since this bug has to do with resubscribing.
