Sycus Tower Loot glitch! Please FIX!

I did Sycus Tower for the first time today, When I went inside we beat first boss and I Could not lot anything, I look at the Duty finder list and it says "Item received" I spent 35mins looking threw my inventory and Armory chest for anything that could of dropped, Nothing Dropped to me in my inventory or armory chest, Please fix this! I never did Sycus Tower untill today, I just unlocked it less then 30mins ago

Might want to go to http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...-THIS-FIRST%29 and update the post with that information so they don't just lock the thread and move it to "Insufficient Information".

I also had this problem and posted two threads about it. I have tried in game support for three days to no avail, as well as making two posts, but one of the threads got locked before the GM could do anything about it. Very disappointed in the in game support. If there's this type of bug which is causing a very negative user experience, I should not have to try to get help for days while they copy paste me standard responses about how they cannot help. ESPECIALLY since this bug has to do with resubscribing.

Pouncealot your threads were moved to "Accepted Bugs" meaning they are working on a fix for the problem that is happening.
