Seriously, you are rank 50 and still dont know/notice that DEX increases your accuracy? How is that even possible... /facepalm

What You want to do is...

1) High STR - > 120
2) High VIT - >150
3) High DEX - >100

4) Low INT - <40
5) Average MND - <80
6) No PIE - <10
