Unable to Receive Loot in Syrus Tower

Cannot Claim Loot in Syrus Tower

STOP PUTTING MY POST IN INSUFFICIENT INFO!!!!

I am a returning player after leaving the game for 6 months. I just want to say this is no way to welcome back an old customer in any game or business. On my first day, I tried Syrus Tower in duty finder for the first time. We continuously died on the first boss until someone started a vote to abandon the duty which passed. On my second day, I tried Syrus tower again in duty finder and we were successful. Upon beating the first boss, I noticed I cannot claim any loot and saw a message that I have already received loot this week. How is this possible when i have never beaten any bosses in Syrus tower before?

I also wasted 1 hour looking through my inventory and armoury chest for items that I might have received. I am 100% positive that I did not get any items from Syrus Tower.
