Does anybody count how many orb should tank eat on each Ramuh phase?

Because in PF, there is nothing to tell whether the other people in party will eat orb or not, and don't know how many they will do also. So it is confusing sometimes that tank need/should eat more or less before making it into 3 stack buff. (you could eat a few and wait the cd reset to eat more than 3 if the party need you to eat more).

So I would like to ask that usually what would be the default set up of the amount of orb that tank need to eat in each phase? Or is there any good method to sort out problem of party member vs tank eat orb too many/ too less ?

Also, since the amount of orb spawning in each phase are fixed, I wonder if anybody has schedule up the amount of eating per rotation yet?
    (for example: )
rotation 1: ST eat 3, dps eat 1.
rotation 2: MT eat 3, dps eat 2.

It's one of those situations where the use of communication makes things far more simple then to assign/count out the mechanics on the fly.

A single person that has a macro that states "Orbs are free to pick up" in party chat is enough for people to know to clean up the room. That person just needs to recognize when tanks/tether's have completed their task before hand (usually can be done by simply watching the party buffs/debuffs). It'll be more effective then hoping everyone in the raid can keep track of the situations.

the more orb u leave the more damage Thunderstorm do. so my group only leave 3 up at a time and that is for final phase. early phase we clean them all up.
he usually spawn 4 orb per storm.

    here is our rotation,
    1st TankA 3, Other 1
    2nd Other 4
3rd Other 3, TankA 1 (TankA got 1 Stack overloaded)
    4th TankB 3, Other 1
    repeat step 1

1 stack over will reduce healing by 25-30%, it not too bad just pop some CD.

Here's what we did, this makes Tank switching much easier, and your group will take minimum damage from Thunderstorms.

First Thunderstorm --> Tank B get 3 orbs and switch. Don't grab all the orbs right away, wait 5~10 seconds before grabbing the third one.
Chaotic Strike + Thunderstorm --> Everyone clear the orbs. Tank A can help, but don't go for 3.
Thunderstorm --> Tank A get 3 orbs and switch, let others clear the last orb.

Repeat until phase 2. The general idea is to switch only on Thunderstorms and don't switch on the Chaotic Strike + Thunderstorm combo.

When you get to phase 2, Ramuh will use Chaotic Strike + Thunderstorm combo right away.
Have the current MT grab one more orb so he can survive until the next Thunderstorm.

    P2 first Chaotic Strike + Thunderstorm --> Tank A eats 1 ( 4 stacks ), everyone clears the rest.
Thunderstorm --> Tank B get 3 orbs and switch, let others clear the last orb.
Chaotic Strike + Thunderstorm --> Everyone clear the orbs. Tank A can help, but don't go for 3.

Repeat until phase 3. Phase 3 is actually the same thing, but now there will be Rolling Thunders.
Have the current MT get one orb so he can survive until the next Thunderstorm.

P3 first Rolling Thunder + Chaotic Strike + Thunderstorm --> Tank A eats 1 ( 4 stacks ), leave 3 orbs for the Rolling Thunder.
Thunderstorm --> Tank B get 3 orbs and switch, let others clear the last orb.
Rolling Thunder + Chaotic Strike + Thunderstorm --> Clear 1, leave 3 orbs for the Rolling Thunder
Thunderstorm --> Tank A get 3 orbs and switch, let others clear the last orb.
