    Housing too connected to FC

    I left my FC today because my FC leader basically went mad with power.
    So I lost my room.
    Requiring players to be in an FC in order to have their own housing causes problems.
    Especially when they have to pay 300k to own a room and that money isn't refunded if they have to leave the FC.
    At the very least an FC room should be a one time fee to unlock.
    Players really shouldn't have to rely on an FC in order to be able to garden either.
    There really needs to be more thought put into housing.
    The current implementation is just sloppy.

    or you can wait till they release personal housing , you don't need a FC to have one of those
