Except, the original form of the word in England was judgment, and judgement is a recent misspelling made popular. It's now equally common in the UK to spell it either way, but in the US, judgement is generally considered a typo...
That said, it really doesn't matter, both are valid in an international game. The only problem I have with it is the inconsistency. I find things like that jarring because it feels like one or the other has to be a typo, which makes the game feel less professional/polished to me. It's a problem I have with some indie games - typos are common because they skimp on editing, and it makes the game look, well, kinda amateurish.
