Unfriendly to tanks

Today I went to tank Titan extreme and found it hard to hold aggro against other higher ilvls group members.

I was advised to main as a DD so I could gear up my PLD first.

I have been busy leveling all jobs and recently getting into end game which I find it very harsh on tanks.

I can't imagine how hard is it for new tanks to play the job, players being hostile and unfriendly to them. I don't remember it this way when I first started to play FF.

What went wrong >.> why all the hostility? no wonder tanks are rare in this game.

Titan is one of those fights that bring out the worst in people because 9/10 , everyone sucks and blames the most visible target.

im sorry to hear that i would say try to find a good FC that do primal runs to help you lvl up and get the better gear and wont get mad at u cuz you can hold the agrro for to long and with work with you to profect ur tech

Titan ex is one of those fights people enter into already frustrated so don't take it personally. Many have never cleared it and many more are just so frustrated with wiping over and over they no longer have the patience to help teach mechanics to newer players.

Titan EX is a thing that really does bring out the worst in people. In your case, unfortunately, it's also a duty that is extremely tank reliant - if the tank loses aggro for even a couple moments or tank swaps at the wrong time it can cause a wayward Mountain Buster to wipe the entire rest of the party at once, or several other horrifying things to happen.

I would not suggest entering into Titan EX for "gearing up" your tank, or any of the EX Primals, really.
