I just resubscribed yesterday. I was running Syrcus Tower for the first time. After we killed the first boss i could not loot on anything. Same with every subsequent boss. I retried Syrcus tower a second time, and could not get anything on that run either.

i had the same problem !!
i resubbed on thursday or wednesday im not sure, and i couldnt loot anything on first boss, and after that i saw the option on U (duty finder) and it said that i had lotted allready this week.

But goodluck getting any answer from square, i posted 2 times on bug report, 1 on general, and did 2 bug reports on the game and tried tos peak with them by chat. and i was ignored totally. my only hope is this be fixed for the nex week.

I have this exact same problem. I missed out on the piece of gear I wanted yesterday because of it. I hope it gets fixed soon.

Did you guys just resubscribe? Did you guys do CT1 before?

yeah, i resubbed on tuesday or wednesday, but i didnt do ct1 before, i only did the quest leading to sircus, then sircus and bam, i couldnt loot anything.

It is a bug ok, but the most annoying thing is that SE only ignored me, i was sure that i was gona get the premade reply saying me that sorry, it is a bug, they will fix it, but they cant give me anything or let me loot my item. but not, they only ignore me as if it would be my mistake, was it is crealy a BUG and we should be give anything because of it as i said on my mails to SE, or soldierys( not counting for this week) or a random loot from sircus, or at least let us to loot this week.

I have been messaging a GM, but with no help so far. I just hope that we can actually lot gear in coil, or there is little reason to keep subscribing if we cannot access any endgame content at all.

I literally just resubscribed yesterday, and I did CT1 with my previous subscription, multiple times. It's really annoying that I can't get my loot. All sorts of healer loot is dropping. Just ran my boyfriend through Syrcus (which also dropped healer loot,) and he resubscribed today. He was able to Need or Greed loot, though.

I had same problem. they reset mines 2 days from the complaint. Thank you square team
