Journal, "Testing the Waters" -- Text -- Inconsistent Capitalization of Place Name

When the player completes the "Testing the Waters" questline and observes his Journal archive, the following text appears on the last two lines of the entry:

"
and the items available for purchase, speak with Grizzly Gnat at
Maelstrom command.
"

This is incorrect because the proper name of this location is "Maelstrom Command", not "Maelstrom command".

Please fix this issue by replacing "command" with "Command".

The corrected text would read as follows:

"
and the items available for purchase, speak with Grizzly Gnat at
Maelstrom Command.
"

Steps to Reproduce:
Complete the "Testing the Waters" questline.
Open the Journal archive through the Main Menu and observe the text that appears.

I've noticed "command" lowercased in a couple different areas when following "Maelstrom" like this. It might be wise to do a global for this.
