I just resubscribed on wednesday. I was running Syrcus Tower for the first time. After we killed the first boss i could not loot on anything. Same with every subsequent boss. I retried Syrcus tower a second time, and could not get anything on that run either.
i posted this many times, but always was ignored, asi nsuficient information etc, so i posted again with the same info than someone who got an answer.

i posted this 3 times allready, but u moved them to insuficient info or another garbagge treadh, so i reposted with copy pasted from someone who got an answer, and changed the info to my case.

platform is PC.

I posted 2 times in game too, even giving u my pc info and everything, and i cant understand how i didnt get any answer after 3 or 4 days with 3 post on bug report, 2 tickets in game, and 1 post in general, where some people got it fixed only with 1 ticket

I apologize if you feel that we have been ignoring your issue. Is the problem still ongoing or have you resolved it yourself? Please give us an update if you're still having issues.
