After that glimpse of a long haired Elezen F toward the end of the current story quests, any plans perchance on that hairstyle being released for the players in 2.4? Mainly Elezen F, Hyur F, and Roe F. (Sorry Miquo'te, you all have good hairstyles already. Lalas...it would look too wierd)

I sure hope so, since the best Elezen female hair was just given to every other race with this last update, and we got nothing new to compensate. =/

Seems unlikely that players would be given that hairstyle, since most special NPC hairstyles stay exclusive to them, and she's probably special, since she is probably Shiva.

Im pretty sure off the top of my head the only other special NPC with a unique hairstyle is Nanamo (unless you count Minfilia who gets a highlander hairstyle on midlander body), but I doubt we'll get Iceheart's, long hair in games has too many clipping issues. The hair probably works with the armor she's wearing, but if others tried to use it and saw clipping with other stuff there'd be so much complaining over it.

I was more leaning towards being the sister of Haurchefant; something happened in the past, and he's trying to hide being linked with her either because of shame etc..

Then Shiva took her and 'converted' her like all primals do.

Can't wait to see, as she seems to be a killer-looking lady, I want to see the whole of her! dang..

Not really >.> 98% of our hairstyles kinda suck, the new one wasn't even that great (doesn't work with most faces) :/ So we have like 2, maybe 3 good ones if that, I can look through other races and find 4-5 I'd pick on each race

Exactly, and look how much people complained about the existing clipping. Most games dont have long hair like that for exactly that reason. Beyond the clipping, it also needs a lot more movement, shorter hair only needs a little bit and it looks fine, but if long hair stays static the whole time it is obviously just going to look like a board. I'm not say it definitely won't happen, just that I doubt it and why.

Of course there are ways to do longer hair and not worry so much about that stuff, if it's in a style away from the body like a ponytail for example.
