Most difficult DPS class to play?

Hello everyone. I'm a tank - and I usually play as one in games with the three archetypes. I need to level up a DPS class though, but I'm not particularly fond of easy rotations. I know very little of how each DPS class plays, so I can't judge them by my own experience.
So I'm wondering, what's a fun/rewarding DPS class to play? Thank you very much.

Well, if you don't want an easy rotation I would skip BLM. While it is one of the harder ones to learn how to move and fight (by it's design) the rotation is pretty much set in stone. BRD has no real rotation, and is extremely mobile. DRG and MNK have extremely complex rotations and are also very dependent upon positioning.

    In my opinion
    1) Dragoon
    2) Monk
    3) Summoner
    4) Black Mage
    5) Bard

I'd say that all of the DPS classes are easy to play. The real question is, which DPS job is the most difficult to play well?

Given all of the stuff involved (correct positioning, ability to maintain buffs/debuffs on the mob, etc.) one would think that Monk would be the hardest DPS job to play well. The sheer number of bad Dragoons out there, however, giving rise to the "loldrg" phenomenon, suggests that Dragoon may in fact actually be harder for people to play well than Monk.

The three ranged DPS jobs are a bit easier to play well than the two melee jobs. Just due to having to manage a pet, I'd rate Summoner hardest among the three ranged jobs. Of course, you can choose not to micromanage the pet, or when to micromanage it and when not to, but some pet micromanagement is necessary to play the job well.

Long story short, I'd have to agree with Pyreflye's listing, for hardest to easiest, DPS job.

It just heartbreaking why drg would b rate higher than mnk in terms of difficulty of play. Know have gl ir bfn twin snake position to management then u have dots 3 dots if ur daring, and also there's no guidlines as far as proc goes( that gold dotted square letting u know it's proc), that's all mnk. And not to mention we have pb which can b easy screwed because u want to properly position ur self to maximize dmg so the over thinking gets n a way.

Drg have about the same buff and debuff as a mnk with about the same dot management but what's makes the job easy is the rotation it self. It's super easy , Sry to say this but I made my drg my primary job now and put mnk on hold because it's just so damming easy.it's not the job that makes it simple it's are the player that play the job wrong

You can also say about bard being the simplest but players still tend to screw that up. Not applying IR to SS then not applying dots to reset bloddletter

if played to the max capacity:

    1) monk
    2) summoner
    3) dragoon
    4) black mage
    5) bard

the micromanagement of the pet and dot from the summoner make it harder to play than dragoon, the trouble of the loldrg are about the people using jump or screwing them own cycle... they are simply bad player or people with not enough training for use the class, but in term of difficulty the dragoon is not really hard.
